Description
The Rome 2027 Stale Fish is a premium directional powder snowboard designed for riders who demand float, stability, and carving performance in deep snow and variable terrain. Built in collaboration with Rome pro rider Stale Sandbech, the Stale Fish combines proven powder-specific technology to keep you riding above the surface with confidence. The 3D nose shaping provides enhanced flotation in deep powder, while the wide waist width with progressive taper delivers responsive edge control and smooth transitions between powder runs and groomed slopes. A directional camber profile creates a stable, surfy platform that generates plenty of power when you're charging at speed, whether you're surfing fresh lines, carving groomers, or pushing your limits in variable conditions.

The Pop Core offers versatile and durable construction that is made of alternating 20mm wide Poplar and Paulownia wood strips.
Sidewall: Directional Flax Walls
Flax, a natural and lightweight material, enhances impact absorption or adds rigidity to strengthen boards. I-beam-shaped reinforcements are placed between the core and sidewall for stability and in directional boards, they reinforce the nose for added power and control on steep, all-mountain terrain.
