Returns & Warranty Policy

Your Rights

Our products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major problem, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

If the problem is minor, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.


Change of Mind

We are not required to offer refunds for change of mind, but we may accept returns at our discretion if:

  • Returned within 14 days
  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.


Online Orders

To return an online order:

  • Email us with your order number.
  • We will provide return instructions.
  • Send the item back securely packaged.

We recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.


In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store can be returned to our NSW location with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method, including purchases made via PayPal or Afterpay.


Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.
These warranties are provided by the manufacturer and operate in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


What Is Not Covered

We do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Improper care or storage
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
