Description

The 2024 Nitro Magnum is the ideal all mountain board for big guys. Big feet won't hold you back on this board, the wide waist widths and large sizes are sure to accomodate those big boots and reduce toe and heel drag, giving you speed, control, and total power through your turns. The directional shape also rides powder with ease, so you're covered for any freeride situation you can find yourself in.

Features

PROFILE -

Cam-Out Camber

Cam-out camber is basically positive camber with earlier and smoother transition zones in the tip and tail. This gives the board a lower rise in the centre, resulting in a fun and responsive ride with easier turn initiation and more forgiveness, giving you the benefits of camber without the aggression.

FLEX RATING -

7/10 (1=soft, 10=stiff)

Mountain Flex - With maximum response and drive for fast, all-mountain riding, this snappy flex pattern creates powerful boards for powerful riders.

Directional Flex - This board has a directional flex pattern that allows more movement in the nose with a stiffer tail for extra pop and power under your back foot.

SHAPE -

Directional

A longer nose and shorter tail combined with a setback stance make this board ride best nose-first. This will give you better float in powder and more power and response in your turns.

CORE -

PowerLite Core

The PowerLite Core is made with the highest grade of ultra-lightweight poplar wood, giving you the perfect ride with lots of pop and unmatched strength at minimum weight.

LAMINATES -

Bi-Lite Laminates - Bi-Lite Laminates have fibres running in two directions, providing strength, power, and a forgiving board feel.

BASE -

Sintered Speed Formula HD Base

A base material that is fast, absorbent, and super resistant to abrasions.

BINDING COMPATABILITY -

2x4 Inserts

ADDITIONAL FEATURES -

Powerpods - Nitro overlays two separate sidecut radii, a tighter one in the centre plus a larger one in the tip and tail, creating extended board width under the bindings for additional edge control on hard and icy surfaces, along with enhancing response and control.

Dual Degressive Sidecut - A smaller radius sidecut in the centre along with two larger ones in the tip and tail make it feel loose, playful, and the most forgiving sidecut in the Nitro range.

100% Natural Speed Wax - All Nitro boards are factory-tuned with Kandahars 100% Natural Speed Wax, a fully bio-degradable wax made of renewable resources.
