CAPiTA utilizes their exclusive PLT Technology which bonds the topsheet into the already pressed snowboard without the fiberglass structure showing through. This creates a seamless connection and eliminates the need for additional lacquer, saving on environmentally unfriendly materials and excess weight. CAPiTA's topsheet designs are a combination of digital and hand screen printing, with their PAM16000 Printing technology using 16,000 individual inkjet nozzles to create flawless graphics with solventless, water-based UV ink. Additionally, each topsheet features a hand screen printed portion, adding texture and depth to the final design.
Laminate: Hybrid Carbon HolySheet Bi/Bi, Magic Bean Resin
This build merges a perfect mix of bi-axial fiberglass on top and bottom of the core, along with extra carbon infused into the base layer of fiberglass.
